This is our NEW Spring Fundraiser!  The Summer Grilling Meat Pack!
Forms will be out at the end of March, due in right after Easter.  Delivery of product is expected to be the end of May - right in time for the grill!.  There are 5 products that we are selling. This fundraiser is an easy way for students to earn Music Miles, which offset the cost of band trips.  If parents would like more information or if they would like to volunteer as a worker and earn music miles, please contact the Task Leader.



Beef & band Blast

The ever-popular Annual Beef & Band Blast will be returning in April 2020! Enjoy a great supper and dessert while listening to the students in all band programs throughout the City perform. To volunteer for a serving shift for the Beef & Band Blast, contact the Task Leader.




Raffle fundraiser

This is a NEW fundraiser this year! This will be a progressive 50/50 raffle which will start in December and the winner will be announced in April at the Beef&Band Blast.

Music Miles

Music Miles can be earned through Fundraising projects  - by volunteering time to assist with these fundraisers, workers will receive an established number of MUSIC MILES according to the following schedule:

Please note: this event is no longer a fundraising event managed by the SCBPA.  Volunteering for this event is not eligible to earn MusicMiles with the SCBPA. Please contact the SCCHS Band Director for more information about All That Jazz.

Fruit & Cookie Dough Fundraiser is available in the Fall.  
This fundraiser is an easy way for students to earn music miles, which offset the cost of band trips.  If parents would like more information or if they would like to volunteer as a worker and earn music miles, please contact the Task Leader.

On October 27, we will enjoy a concert by the Grade 7&8 Bands and we will enjoy  cupcakes, of course! Details on earning Music Miles for this event will be available soon. To volunteer for this event, please contact the Task Leader

Bottle Drive - Nov 30,2019

Each year SCBPA holds two Bottle Drives. One follows directly after Grey Cup and is usually the first Saturday in Dec, while the other is in the New Year. For this fundraiser, the more individuals you bring with you to help out, the more music miles for your family - "the more the merrier"!!  Walkers, drivers and sorters are needed for this event. To volunteer, please contact the Task Leader. Students & parents can meet at Kevin's Detailing (630 Cheadle W) at 9:30 to be assigned a route.

Music Miles:

Drivers - 4 Music Miles per route (completed with minimum 2 route walkers)
Sorters -
4 Music Miles for a complete shift (3-4hrs).
Route Walkers 
- 2 Music Miles per route.
